Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team at Baton Rouge Steakhouse & Bar in Laval. This role offers an immediate start for individuals dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences and earning competitive tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their tables
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid Food Handler's certification
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
