Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brampton, ON. This is a unique opportunity for talented individuals looking for international career growth, as visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes and driving digital transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to meet client specifications.
- Develop functional and technical design documentation.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training and support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom development.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization services.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Sales, or Customer Service).
- Proven experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales, marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-200).
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Consulting experience with a focus on client-facing roles.
- Project management experience in an Agile or Waterfall methodology.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
