Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Hilton Leeds City as an Experienced Bartender. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to craft exquisite drinks and provide outstanding service to our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, wine, beer, and other bar supplies, and assist with ordering.
- Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
- Legally eligible to work with alcohol (e.g., over 18 in the UK).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Eligibility for UK Visa Sponsorship and willingness to undergo the application process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in mixology or bartending.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems specific to hospitality.
