Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Change bed linen and towels, replenish toiletries and amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, and polish all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas such as corridors, stairwells, and public restrooms.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
