Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team in Orlando. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our hotel kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for our chefs and food service staff. Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Store clean equipment appropriately and efficiently.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
