Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Videographer to join our dynamic marketing and content team in Provo, Utah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, and expertise in all stages of video production. This role involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing compelling video content that aligns with Vivint’s brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work on a variety of projects, including product showcases, brand stories, customer testimonials, internal communications, and social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including web, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that meet project objectives.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning and scriptwriting to on-set direction, lighting, and audio recording.
• Utilize professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to craft engaging narratives and apply motion graphics.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality visual style.
• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
• Stay current with industry trends, production techniques, and emerging video technologies.
• Archive and manage media assets efficiently.
• Provide creative input and recommendations on video projects to enhance impact and engagement.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of composition, color grading, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated portfolio of video production work.
• Experience with various video formats and delivery platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Experience with drone videography and photography.
• Knowledge of photography and graphic design principles.
• Prior experience in corporate video production or marketing agencies.
