Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve a wide range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to licensing laws.
- Take food orders and serve meals with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including regular glass washing and general tidying.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, operating the till system.
- Engage with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
