Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any technical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support laundry operations and public area cleaning as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and meticulously with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in hospitality or housekeeping operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
