Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our innovative and diverse team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for talented professionals looking to make a significant impact on challenging projects for global clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, visually appealing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile development best practices, a keen eye for UI/UX, and a commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Integrate with backend APIs and services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring application stability and responsiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proven experience with Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform applications.
- Strong understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and JSON to connect Flutter applications to backend services.
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Ability to write well-documented, clean Dart code.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
