Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple consulting teams and individual consultants.
  • Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate virtual travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread presentations, reports, proposals, and other client-facing documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and synthesize data to support consultant needs and project requirements.
  • Assist with data entry, maintain organized records, and support various project management tasks.
  • Handle email correspondence and communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and client data.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
