Buckeye Harvest Farms is seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Hand to join our team in Harrison, Ohio. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in agriculture. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of daily farm operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our agricultural activities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
• Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and fence repair.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and cleaning pens (if applicable).
• Assist with irrigation system setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Transport materials and supplies around the farm as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other farm-related duties as assigned.
