Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in security, as we offer comprehensive training and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. The role involves safeguarding premises, personnel, and assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will be an integral part of maintaining order and responding to security incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Authorize entry of people and vehicles onto property by verifying credentials and issuing passes.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Provide first aid or other assistance to persons in need.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent observational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Ability to remain calm and react effectively in emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a security role (e.g., military, police, private security)
- SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license or willingness to obtain one through company sponsorship
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog)
