Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment.
- Pack and ship products according to Amazon's quality and safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment (training provided as needed).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazards or issues.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast-paced activity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers.
- Proven track record of strong attendance and punctuality.
