Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to join our esteemed team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and maintaining pristine environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of all guest rooms and public areas, contributing significantly to our guests’ unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Change bed linens and make beds, replenish towels and toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, clean windows and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
- Restock and maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
