Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in logistics, as no prior experience is required. We provide full training to ensure you succeed in your role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and materials.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against manifests or invoices.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages up to 25 kg.
  • Basic communication skills (English preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior warehouse experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems for inventory tracking.
