Job Description
NXP Semiconductors is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Operators to join our manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality semiconductor components. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately.
- Load and unload materials from machines, ensuring proper setup and alignment.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks as required.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Experience operating automated machinery.
