Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a leading global real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing administrative tasks, conducting research, and providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our investment projects. You will be an integral part of our team, helping investors identify opportunities, manage properties, and streamline their administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research on property trends, demographics, and investment opportunities in target regions.
  • Manage and organise client databases, property listings, and investment portfolios using CRM software.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with lead generation by identifying potential investment properties and contacting sellers/agents.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing property descriptions and coordinating online listings.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the real estate investment team.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proven experience with CRM software and database management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and market dynamics in the UK.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • A relevant degree or certification in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
