Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Factory Production Workers to join our dynamic teams across various production lines at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Derby. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fabrication, and quality control processes that bring Toyota vehicles to life. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry point for those new to automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line.
• Assemble vehicle components and parts with precision and according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure adherence to Toyota's high standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
