Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Swift Developer to join our innovative team in Woking, Surrey. This role requires a strong understanding of Swift, iOS SDK, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring complex projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Swift code for iOS applications.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an iOS Developer using Swift.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Portfolio of published iOS applications on the App Store.
