Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Progressive policyholders, providing friendly and professional assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims, and general insurance information.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Educate customers on various Progressive products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their coverage.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Participate actively in all required training and continuous learning programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.
