Key Responsibilities

• Sort and inspect fruits for quality, ripeness, and defects.
• Pack fruits carefully into designated containers or packaging according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate basic packing equipment as instructed, ensuring safe usage.
• Assist with loading and unloading fruit deliveries or packed products as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
