Job Description
We are excited to offer a unique Paralegal Apprenticeship opportunity for individuals eager to launch a career in the legal field. This full-time program provides hands-on training and mentorship within a dynamic law firm environment, focusing on developing essential paralegal skills and practical legal knowledge. The apprentice will work closely with experienced attorneys and paralegals, gaining exposure to various areas of law and contributing to meaningful client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys with legal research and drafting documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Organizing and managing physical and electronic client files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination.
- Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision.
- Managing discovery processes, including document review and production.
- Maintaining calendars and tracking important deadlines.
- Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new legal concepts and technologies.

- Some college coursework or a certificate in a related field.
