Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Factory Packers to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Regina. As a Factory Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are prepared for shipment according to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and efficient packing of finished goods into appropriate containers and packaging materials.
  • Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
  • Label packages correctly with product information, batch numbers, and shipping details.
  • Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment.
