Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Louisville, KY. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using best practices in front-end development.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and performance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#) and associated frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express, .NET Core).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
