Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across various departments.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, fitting room services, and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Actively participate in merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and replenishing stock.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals and customer service metrics.
• Stay informed about current promotions, events, and product features.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fashion or department store setting.
