Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders or replenishment lists.
• Carefully pack items to prevent damage during transit, following company guidelines.
• Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are picked and packed.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and understand order forms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
