Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Defense Analyst to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role will involve providing critical support to defense projects by conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex data, and developing strategic insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating military operations, defense policies, and technological advancements to inform decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on defense-related topics, including geopolitical trends, military capabilities, and emerging threats.
• Develop and present analytical reports, briefings, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current defense strategies and recommend improvements.
• Utilize various data sources to identify patterns, assess risks, and forecast future developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence and analysis into broader project deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of defense industry trends, technological innovations, and policy changes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense analysis, intelligence, or a related government contracting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
