Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as a Factory Production Worker at our Long Beach facility. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing, with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our factory lines. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently, preparing them for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Load and unload materials and products as needed, utilizing appropriate lifting techniques or equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and resolve minor operational issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.

Required Skills
