Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our ground operations team as Airport Ground Staff. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates eager to start a dynamic career in aviation, providing essential support for smooth airport operations and ensuring an excellent experience for our passengers. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding pass issuance.
• Provide clear and helpful information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and general airport queries.
• Direct passengers to appropriate areas within the airport, ensuring efficient flow and minimizing delays.
• Handle baggage and cargo with care, ensuring timely and accurate loading and unloading from aircraft.
• Coordinate effectively with flight crews, security personnel, and other airport staff for seamless operations.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) for effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding airport environment.
• Customer-centric attitude with a friendly, helpful, and professional disposition.
• Physical fitness to handle baggage, stand for extended periods, and perform duties requiring light to moderate physical exertion.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Urdu) is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related public-facing role.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software.
