Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with baggage handling and check-in procedures.
- Guide passengers to correct gates and provide information on flight schedules.
- Load and unload luggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircraft.
- Operate and maintain ground support equipment (e.g., tugs, belt loaders, pushback tractors) under supervision.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of aircraft cabins and ground areas.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, airline personnel, and other ground staff.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with a positive attitude.
- Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival checks on aircraft.
- Report any anomalies or incidents to supervisors promptly.

- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
