Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Warehouse Pickers in Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in logistics with one of Australia’s largest supply chain leaders. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and loading onto delivery vehicles
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, manual handling equipment) after proper training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
