Job Description
Shipt is seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is crucial for fostering engagement, building strong relationships, and advocating for our shopper and customer communities across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies across social media, forums, and other digital channels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and report on key insights to internal teams for product and service improvement.
- Create compelling content (text, image, video) that resonates with our community and aligns with Shipt's brand voice.

- Track and analyze community metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and sentiment to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage online communities effectively.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit) and community management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from community engagement metrics.

- Proficiency in content creation and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
