Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Production Operatives in Saskatoon. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Load and unload materials and products, assisting with inventory management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.

Required Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (even general labor).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
