Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Housekeeping Attendants to join our prestigious team at Address Downtown. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort for our guests across all hotel rooms and public areas. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, according to established standards and procedures.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Change bed linens and make beds, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, corridors, and service pantries.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Assist with linen inventory and stock management as required.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge of basic English communication for guest interaction.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment efficiently.
