Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of HubSpot's social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Schedule and publish engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and identify trending topics relevant to our industry.
• Support the creation of engaging social media copy and visual assets.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics under guidance from senior team members.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media features.
• Collaborate with content, design, and other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with social media campaigns and initiatives, from ideation to execution.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
