Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Production Associate to join our team in Journal Square, Jersey City. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the intricacies of food manufacturing and contribute to a fast-paced production environment. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be an integral part of our production line, assisting in various stages to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment under direct supervision.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Goya's stringent standards and specifications.
• Assist with the packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all food safety (HACCP, GMP) and occupational safety regulations.
• Support inventory management and material handling activities, including loading and unloading materials.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and uphold efficiency.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene, sanitation, and quality control.
