Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Team Members to join our operations in Clifton, Bristol. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our fulfillment process, handling a variety of tasks that ensure products are received, stored, picked, and packed accurately for delivery to our customers. This is a physically active role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and store inventory items according to established procedures.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and readiness for shipment.
• Operate scanning equipment to track products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, sometimes involving heavy lifting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg (33 lbs) repeatedly during a shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical role.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
• A team player with good communication skills.
