Job Description

You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise, contributing to a seamless and efficient store operation. Key Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and move to designated areas.
- Sort and organize new inventory according to store planograms and procedures.
- Stock shelves, displays, and racks with merchandise, ensuring items are front-faced and neatly arranged.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
