Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with research, data analysis, and preparation of client deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other communications.
• Participate in client meetings and internal team discussions, observing professional practices.
• Support various phases of projects, from planning to execution and review.
• Engage with mentors and team members to understand complex business challenges and solutions.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard, meeting deadlines.
• Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to continuous personal and professional development.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Previous leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• A strong academic record.
