Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive English-speaking Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Munich. This crucial role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing comprehensive administrative support and fostering a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner, an excellent communicator, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international setting, where English is the primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office budgets and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related queries and issues.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (C1/C2 level).
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
