Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Chat Agent. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through online chat channels. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services without the need for phone interactions. Key Responsibilities
