Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Seasonal Farm Workers to join our fruit harvesting team in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a temporary position vital to our seasonal fruit operations, ensuring the timely and careful harvest of various fruits. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to bringing fresh, high-quality produce from the farm to our customers. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe working practices in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual harvesting of various fruits according to established quality and productivity standards.
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools as directed, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Sort, grade, and package harvested fruits, removing damaged or subpar produce.
• Load harvested produce onto carts, trucks, or other transport vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including fields, packing sheds, and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
• Assist with other farm duties as needed, which may include planting, weeding, and irrigation tasks.
