Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily delivery and collection routes efficiently and safely within the assigned Munich area.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Verify accurate package counts and complete necessary paperwork and delivery manifests.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing DHL Express positively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service regarding delivery status or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B) with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent physical condition, capable of lifting and moving packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles.
- Familiarity with the Munich city area and surrounding regions.
- Basic knowledge of German language.
