Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This critical role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, designing and implementing tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across various Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central) and a proven track record of successful implementations. This position offers visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates looking to establish their career in a vibrant US tech hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyze client business requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs, leveraging standard functionalities and extending capabilities where necessary.
• Develop functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect resolution.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices on Dynamics 365 capabilities and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., F&O, Sales, CE, BC).
• Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-210, MB-901).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools.
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Experience working with global teams or on international projects.
