Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in security, as comprehensive training will be provided, along with visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and equipment, and access points. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
• Escort individuals to carry out duties, such as transporting money or valuables.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures and regulations.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Strong ethical conduct and integrity
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive security training
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of local security regulations in UAE
• Ability to speak Arabic or other relevant languages
