Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and training, as required.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's health, behaviour, or condition to the care coordinator.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Support clients with errands, appointments, and community engagement as part of their care plan.
