Job Description

We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Production Line Workers at our state-of-the-art facility in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the production line, identifying and reporting any deviations.
• Package finished goods accurately and efficiently according to company specifications and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment and product integrity.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, or safety concerns promptly to a supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for documentation and basic calculations.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a reliable attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g., HACCP awareness).
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
