Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Provo, Utah. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and reliable software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve our platform and processes.
- Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) if applicable to full-stack roles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of large-scale data processing technologies.
- Previous experience with visa sponsorship processes is a plus.
