Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipping, including scanning, labeling, and loading onto trucks.
- Operate manual and power equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and take direction in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 15 kg, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to attendance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
