Job Description

As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using various material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate barcode scanners and other technology to track inventory.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification not required but a plus).
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
