Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency according to customer specifications.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using various material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate barcode scanners and other technology to track inventory.

Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.

- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification not required but a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
